Frequently Asked Questions

If you have any questions about visiting The Winery, we've gathered the answers to some of the most common questions here. Whether you're wondering about our wine flights, how to book a table, or what to expect at one of our events, we've got you covered.

  • Is The Winery bookings only, or do you allow walk ins? 

​We absolutely allow walk-ins at The Winery! While we recommend booking in advance to guarantee a table - especially during busy periods - if you pop in and we have a table available, you're more than welcome to stay!​

​

  • How long do we get the table for?

You now get the option to reserve a table for either an hour, perfect for a quick drink or if you have dinner plans, or a 2 hour 15 minute reservation, ideal to relax and savour everything we have to offer in comfortable time.

  • When do you serve food until?

We serve food until one hour before closing times.

​

  • Do you allow dogs?

Unfortunately, we don't allow dogs inside The Winery, however, we do have limited seating outside with cozy warm blankets, so you can enjoy a glass of wine if you're passing by with your fluffy friends.

  • Can we bring our children?

We have a policy of no under 18's past 17.00 on any given day we are open.

​

  • Are you wheelchair friendly?

We want to be as transparent as possible about accessibility at The Winery. While we do have a ramp available to help wheelchair users access the building, we are a small space and do not currently have accessible toilets or a lift to the upstairs toilet. Additionally, our ground floor tables are 110cm high, which may not be comfortable for most wheelchair users. However, we're absolutely happy to assist in any way we can to ensure your visit is enjoyable.

  • Can we bring our children with us?

Children are welcome at The Winery during the day, but we kindly ask that they are supervised by an adult at all times. Please note that after 5pm, no under 18's are permitted inside The Winery.

  • Do you have high chairs available?

Unfortunately, due to our limited space, we don't have any room to store high chairs for babies/toddlers.

​

  • Do you sell physical vouchers to collect?

We currently only sell vouchers and gift experiences online, which can be printed and gifted or sent directly to the recipient by email.

​

  • I'd like to add/remove someone on our booking? Is that possible?

Absolutely, you can now edit your booking from your email booking confirmation. Alternatively, give us a call and we will be happy to assist you.​​

​

  • Can we request a certain table?

We have a range of fantastic spots and different seating available at The Winery. Our lovely window seats or feature barrel table downstairs and a range of mixed higher seating and normal height seating upstairs. If there's a particular table you'd like, please let us know in the booking comments section, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Due to table availability, we can't always guarantee the table you have requested and will do our best to inform you if we can't make things work.
