What we offer:

Upstairs Hire: Enjoy our upstairs space at The Winery for up to 26 guests. (Please be aware our toilets are upstairs, so guests from downstairs will still need access)
Exclusive Venue Hire: Enjoy full, private access to The Winery for up to 38 guests.

Event Planning Ideas:

Interactive Experiences: Book a wine tasting for your event and our knowledgeable staff can guide your guests through wine tasting, offering insights and pairings that enhance the occasion.
Personalised Setup: Whether you prefer a relaxed grazing experience or a more formal setup, our dedicated staff will work with you to ensure every detail is tailored to your vision.
Event Planning Support: We can assist in organising entertainment and work with you to add any special touches you have planned to make your event truly unique.

Timings:

The exclusive hire will consist of a 5 hour booking (to include set-up/decorating etc) during our regular opening times. Please note that bookings cannot be made during our split opening hours. For example, on weekdays we close at 15.00 and reopen at 18.00, so event bookings cannot take place during that period.
All events must start and finish within our regular opening hours and we will confirm available time slots when you make your enquiry.

Booking & Deposit:

To secure your booking for either upstairs or exclusive hire, we require a non refundable deposit of £350.
This deposit is to be paid at the time of booking and will go towards your final bill (minimum spend).

Pricing:

Our costs for exclusive hire are based on minimum spend. These costs are based on the level of trade we would typically expect to achieve on that particular evening.

Payment Options & Terms:

Host Covers Minimum Spend - You may choose to pay the full amount yourself in advance.
Guest Contributions - Alternatively, your guests can contribute towards the minimum spend by the purchasing of food and drinks during the event. If the total minimum spend doesn’t reach the needed amount, the host will be responsible for covering the difference at the end of the event.
